Mumbai: Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has brought on Aparna Bedi as its new Director of Executive Search and Talent Sourcing for the Asia-Pacific region. In this role, she will lead recruitment efforts across key markets, including India, Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, and South Korea.
Bedi comes with a solid background in executive search, having worked at major firms like Odgers Berndtson, EMA Partners, Korn Ferry, and Michael Page. She has handled senior leadership hiring in industries such as FMCG, retail, tech, and industrial sectors. Her experience also includes managing leadership roles as part of the Royal Bank of Scotland’s Global Divestment Programme.
With an MBA from SIBM Pune, Bedi will focus on attracting top talent to BCG, aiming to strengthen the firm’s leadership pipeline in the APAC region.
