His professional journey also includes impactful tenures with Bain & Company, the Gates Foundation, IDEO.org, and Upaya Social Ventures, reflecting his proficiency in aligning technology with meaningful outcomes.
At Fundamento, Saigal will spearhead product and technology initiatives, driving the company’s innovation roadmap as it scales operations. His role will involve enhancing the capabilities of Fundamento’s AI-driven solutions to help enterprise clients optimize their customer service operations.
