New Delhi: Nikhil Sharma has taken over as the National Sales Director at Silicon Power, where he will lead and establish the company’s B2B vertical in India. In this role, Nikhil will drive business growth for Silicon Power’s ruggedized product line, including laptops, tablets, displays, servers, and storage devices, alongside its core offerings of SSDs, DRAM, and portable hard drives. Silicon Power has been a market leader in these categories since 2003.
A seasoned sales professional, Nikhil brings over 19 years of experience spanning Government (Public Sector) Enterprises, Telecom Grade Projects (ICT), and Shared Services domains. He is known for his expertise in end-to-end government sales, managing large PSU accounts, and successfully closing complex deals. His leadership has consistently delivered significant revenue growth and customer acquisition.
Prior to joining Silicon Power, Nikhil served as Senior Manager at IDEMIA where he managed relationships with Government of India, State Government in PAN India and their respective departments including NCRB, CDAC, MHA, and Law Enforcement Agencies. He also played a key role in business development for IDEMIA’s road safety initiatives across the APAC region. His career portfolio includes leadership positions at Quick Heal, Koo India, Huawei Technologies, Lenovo India, and Dell Technologies.
Nikhil holds a degree in Business Management from T. John College, Bengaluru, and has completed a PG Certificate Program in Digital Marketing from MICA, Ahmedabad. His appointment at Silicon Power is expected to strengthen the company’s presence in the B2B segment, leveraging his expertise to enhance growth and expand market reach.
