Bengaluru: Wipro has announced the appointment of Madhu Menon as its Global Head and Vice President (VP) of Talent Acquisition. In her new role, Menon will be responsible for developing strategies to attract top talent, building agile and future-ready hiring frameworks, strengthening compliance, and infusing artificial intelligence (AI) into the talent acquisition process to enhance productivity and candidate experience.
Menon brings extensive expertise in strategic hiring, workforce planning, and AI-driven recruitment solutions. Before joining Wipro, she served as Director and National Head of Talent Acquisition at Deloitte India, where she played a key role in leadership hiring, employer branding, and inclusion initiatives. At Deloitte, she led campus, lateral, and gig hiring, working closely with business leaders to align recruitment strategies with growth objectives.
Prior to Deloitte, Menon worked at KPMG India, where she led talent acquisition for Risk Consulting and Leadership Hiring, streamlining recruitment processes and aligning them with business expansion plans. She also held the position of HR Manager for the GCC region at UNISAFE Fire Protection Specialist LLC, overseeing HR operations, talent acquisition, and workforce engagement across multiple locations.
Menon started her career at Ernst & Young (EY), where she gained experience in strategic HR functions, including mobility, performance management, and manpower planning. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
At Wipro, Menon will lead global talent acquisition initiatives, focusing on building an agile hiring ecosystem, improving recruitment efficiency, and ensuring alignment between talent strategies and the company’s long-term business goals. Her appointment is expected to enhance Wipro’s recruitment capabilities and strengthen its position as a leading employer in the technology sector.
