New Delhi: IFFCO, one of India’s leading cooperative institutions, has partnered with AI infrastructure startup Flam to launch a rural awareness campaign using Mixed Reality (MR) technology.
The initiative, titled “Nano Urea: The Future is Now,” is live across 90 stores in Punjab and Haryana and aims to educate farmers about Nano Urea. Through this campaign, IFFCO will share key information on how Nano Urea can increase crop productivity, reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers, and improve long-term soil health. The MR technology aims to make the learning process more interactive and easier to understand, even in remote areas.
IFFCO stated that the collaboration with Flam helps transform store visits into immersive learning experiences. Farmers visiting participating stores can scan a QR code on standees to access a virtual demonstration of Nano Urea’s benefits and application methods. This visual and interactive format makes complex agricultural concepts more accessible and actionable.
According to IFFCO, the aim is to bridge the information gap and promote progressive farming practices through the use of technology. By delivering the content in farmers’ own language and without the need for apps, downloads, or browsers, the campaign ensures easy participation.
