Noida: HPCL-Mittal Energy Limited (HMEL) has entered India’s fuel retail sector with the launch of its first AI-enabled energy station in Sector 108, Noida. The facility integrates conventional fuels with alternative energy solutions, with plans to expand the network nationwide within a year.
The new outlet offers petrol, diesel, Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), Electric Vehicle (EV) charging, and free nitrogen refilling. It features AI-driven systems for personalised customer engagement, dynamic fuel pricing, seamless digital payments, and predictive maintenance. An omnichannel platform will connect customers and dealers, while AI-powered dealer management tools aim to improve operational efficiency and service consistency.
Sustainability is a key focus, with the infrastructure designed to incorporate renewable energy sources and energy-efficient systems to reduce the carbon footprint. HMEL also plans to integrate convenience stores and retail outlets at select locations, providing a single point for fuel, essentials, refreshments, and automotive services.
The company is inviting landowners with freehold plots to participate in its expansion through a structured and transparent selection process.
By combining AI technology with multi-energy offerings, HMEL seeks to position itself as a competitive player in India’s evolving mobility landscape. The move reflects a broader industry trend of blending digital innovation with cleaner energy alternatives to meet changing consumer needs and support the country’s transition toward sustainable transportation.
