Vijayawada: As part of a major bureaucratic reshuffle in the state, the Andhra Pradesh government has transferred 12 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers. Accordingly, IAS Kritika Shukla has been appointed Collector of Palnadu.Â
Shukla previously served as the Director of Intermediate Education.Â
Other transfers include
- IAS P Raja Babu, currently the Secretary of APPSC, has now been appointed the Collector of Prakasam.
- IAS Himanshu Shukla, presently Director of Information & Public Relations (I&PR), has taken charge as Collector of Nellore.
- IAS N. Prabhakar Reddy, Joint Secretary in the CCLA office, has been posted as Collector of Parvathipuram Manyam.
- IAS Nishanth Kumar, Director of Excise & Prohibition, has become Collector of Annamayya.
- IAS Dr. A. Siri, Director of Secondary Health, will now serve as the Collector of Kurnool.
- IAS Dr. V. Vinod Kumar, previously Collector of Anantapur, has been transferred to Bapatla.
- IAS Thameem Ansaria A, Collector of Prakasam, has been reappointed to Guntur, replacing IAS S. Nagalakshmi.
- IAS S. Rama Sunder Reddy, presently the Commissioner of Rehabilitation & Resettlement, has been made the Collector of Vizianagaram.
- IAS Kirti Chekuri, JMD of AP TRANSCO, has been appointed as Collector of East Godavari.
- IAS O Anand has now been made the Collector of Anantapur, while A Shyam Prasad has been posted as Collector of Satya Sai district.
