New Delhi: Superhealth has signed a multi-year partnership worth over Rs 2,500 crore with United Imaging Healthcare to enhance medical imaging infrastructure across its upcoming hospitals in India. The agreement includes the supply, installation, and lifecycle management of advanced radiology equipment across 100 new Superhealth hospitals planned nationwide.
The collaboration aims to improve access to modern diagnostic technologies and support faster, data-driven medical decision-making. United Imaging, a global developer of medical imaging and radiotherapy systems, will deploy AI-powered imaging solutions integrated with Superhealth’s electronic medical records and analytics platforms. This integration is expected to facilitate real-time teleradiology and streamline diagnostic workflows across the hospital network.
According to industry data, India currently performs fewer than ten CT scans per 10,000 people each year, significantly below OECD averages. The Superhealth–United Imaging partnership seeks to help close this gap by expanding the availability of advanced imaging systems and improving diagnostic turnaround times.
Varun Dubey, Founder and CEO of Superhealth, said the collaboration represents a step toward building a more efficient and transparent healthcare delivery model. From United Imaging’s side, Chairman and Co-CEO Xue Min highlighted that the partnership aligns with the company’s focus on widening access to advanced healthcare technologies in key global markets.
United Imaging reported revenues exceeding CNY 10.3 billion in 2024 and has launched over 140 products worldwide. Superhealth, which plans to establish 100 hospitals with 5,000 beds by 2030, expects the initiative to support job creation and data-led healthcare research in India.
