Gandhinagar: The Gujarat Government has issued the transfer orders of three IAS officers. Accordingly, IAS Ravindra Dnyaneshwar Khatale has been appointed as the new District Collector of Gandhinagar.
He takes over from IAS J. N. Vaghela, who was holding additional charge of the post. Khatale currently serves as the Municipal Commissioner of Mehsana Municipal Corporation,
Simultaneously, IAS P.B. Pandya has been posted as the new District Collector of Jamnagar.
Pandya is currently serving as the District Development Officer of Amreli. He will assume his new charge on 31st March 2026, replacing IAS K.B. Thakkar who is set to retire on the same date.
In addition, IAS G. H. Solanki, presently the Municipal Commissioner of Nadiad Municipal Corporation, has been appointed as the District Collector of Surendranagar. He replaces IAS K. S. Yagnik, who was holding additional charge of the post.
