Noida, May 21 (APAC Media): Page Industries Ltd on Thursday reported an 8% year-on-year rise in its consolidated net profit for the March quarter of FY2025–26 at Rs 1,787 crore, compared with Rs 1,640 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
The company reported revenue of Rs 12,526 crore in the fourth quarter of FY2025–26, marking a 14% year-on-year increase from Rs 10,981 crore recorded in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.
EBITDA stood at Rs 2,605 crore in the fourth quarter of FY2025–26, compared with Rs 2,352 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year, registering a year-on-year increase of 11%.
“We are pleased to report a strong quarter marked by healthy growth in both revenue and profitability. Our focus on continuously enriching product features and portfolio, together with high standards of consumer experience, has helped strengthen our market position. Encouraging demand trends across all distribution channels during the quarter also supported robust volume-led revenue growth,” V.S. Ganesh, managing director of Page Industries, said.
Key financial highlights for the fourth quarter of FY2025–26 are as follows:
- Sales volume rose 10.8% year-on-year to 5.45 crore pieces.
- Revenue increased 14.1% YoY to Rs 1,252.6 crore.
- EBITDA grew 10.7% YoY to Rs 260.5 crore.
- Profit after tax (PAT) rose 9% year-on-year to Rs 178.7 crore.
The company’s distribution network during the quarter comprised 4,041 multi-brand trade channel partners, 2,731 distributor accounts, and a retail network spanning 115,644 outlets across cities and towns. Team strength stood at 757 employees.
