The enrolment process, accessible through smartphones, is set to commence in January 2024.
Shantanu Rooj, CEO and founder of TeamLease EdTech, said, “Through our collaboration with IIT Patna and NSDC, we are all set to launch these transformative programs that will make higher education in India more employable and purposeful.”
The degree programs will provide various options, including internship opportunities with employers, along with stipends for students. The programs focus on a unique blend of online learning, skills training, on-the-job training, and on-campus experiences.
Ved Mani Tiwari, CEO at NSDC, said, “This new category of work-embedded programs shall go a long way in improving the employability of the youth of the country by bringing IIT brand excellence to workplaces.”
