New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has spotted inconsistencies between theory and practical marks in various subjects over the past years. Advanced AI tools found these variations among 50% or more students in close to 500 schools affiliated with CBSE.
As a response, an advisory has been issued to these schools by CBSE, urging them to review their internal assessment processes. An official notice indicated the need for a more thorough assessment during practical examinations.
Through this move, CBSE is aiming to set up a stronger, more transparent and reliable assessment process that is realistic and yields more benefits to the academic journey of the students.Â
