Mumbai: Vinay Kalingara has been appointed Head of Investor Relations by Mphasis, an IT solutions provider that specialises in cloud and cognitive services.
With more than 25 years of experience, Vinay has held a variety of positions in the IT services sector and has a special combination of corporate and entrepreneurial experience in investor relations. Vinay will oversee all facets of Mphasis’ interactions with the analyst and investment community in this capacity. Prior to joining Mphasis, Vinay was Head of Investor Relations at LTIMindtree. Hexaware and Mindtree’s Investor Relations departments were previously under his leadership.
He has provided his services to distinguished clients in the technology and consumer sectors as a co-founder of a boutique Investor Relations advisory firm. Additionally, Vinay has held positions in technology strategy and delivery for a number of IT services companies.
