Hyderabad: Bartronics India Limited is set to make a strategic investment in Jarvis, an AI-driven investment advisory firm operating under the brand name ‘Ventugrow.’ This move will see Bartronics securing a 3% equity stake in Jarvis, along with an additional 2% through Advisory Board Equity, bringing its total stake to 5% in the B2B segment.
This partnership marks a significant step for Bartronics as it aims to strengthen its presence in the fintech industry. By integrating Jarvis’ AI and machine learning capabilities, Bartronics hopes to enhance its data analysis and decision-making processes.
The deal also includes access to the ‘Jarvis’ brand and RIA license, with Bartronics playing an active role in the management and strategic direction of both companies. The collaboration is expected to drive innovation, expand product offerings, and push the brand to a global audience. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals and due diligence.
