Bangalore: Roombr, a Bangalore-based educational tech startup, has launched its patented digital classroom solution, Roombr Digital Classroom, in collaboration with Intel and Texas Instruments. The company aims to introduce the technology in 1 million classrooms across India by 2026, transforming learning environments with AI-driven, interactive tools.
The system integrates large, interactive screens, advanced computing hardware, and AI capabilities to offer personalized learning experiences. Students can access lessons both in classrooms and remotely through a cloud-based platform. The AI component also enables adaptive assessments and personalized feedback for better learning outcomes.
So far, Roombr’s technology has been implemented in over 3,000 classrooms, including institutions such as medical and engineering colleges. Roombr’s founders highlighted the potential of AI-enabled tools to simplify classroom management and improve the effectiveness of teaching.
Cricket legend Rahul Dravid, the brand ambassador, expressed his support for Roombr’s vision to modernize education. Despite being bootstrapped, Roombr is expected to expand its reach and contribute to India’s growing education technology landscape.
