New Delhi: Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) in Hyderabad to improve training for its executives. The agreement was made on Monday at SAIL’s Corporate Office in New Delhi and focuses on creating customized Management Development Programs for newly promoted executives.
This partnership is part of SAIL’s strategy to support the growth of its leaders through collaboration with respected educational institutions. By working with ASCI, SAIL aims to enhance its executives’ skills and knowledge to better navigate challenges in management and leadership roles.
The MoU was signed in the presence of SAIL’s Director (Personnel) KK Singh and ASCI’s Director Dr. Nirmalya Bagchi, along with other senior officials from both organizations. This initiative highlights SAIL’s commitment to continuous learning and development, ensuring its leaders are well-equipped to handle the evolving demands of the steel industry.
