Gandhinagar: In a significant bureaucratic reshuffle aimed at improving governance and boosting administrative efficiency, the General Administration Department of Gujarat has transferred 16 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers across various key positions in the state. According to the official notification, IAS Dilip Kumar Rana (2007 batch) has been appointed as Commissioner of Higher Education, Gandhinagar. He was previously serving as Municipal Commissioner of Vadodara.

- IAS Tusharkumar Y. Bhatt (2010 batch) – Appointed as Collector, Patan, replacing Arvind V.
- IAS Manish Kumar (2013 batch) – Appointed as Collector, Bhavnagar, replacing D.M. Solanki.
- IAS Arun Mahesh Babu (2013 batch) – Posted as Municipal Commissioner, Vadodara, succeeding Dilip Kumar Rana.
- IAS R.R. Damor (2013 batch) – Moved as Joint Secretary, Climate Change Department from Regional Commissioner of Municipalities.
- IAS Arvind V (2014 batch) – Appointed as Managing Director, Gujarat Informatics Ltd., Gandhinagar.
