New Delhi: Ahead of the NEET-UG 2025 exam, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has launched a dedicated platform to help students and parents report suspicious activities related to the medical entrance exam. This initiative follows past concerns over malpractices, including allegations of paper leaks, and aims to strengthen exam integrity.
Types of Activities Students Can Report
According to NTA Director General Pradeep Singh Kharola, candidates are encouraged to report three types of suspicious activities:
- Websites or social media accounts claiming to leak NEET papers
- Individuals offering access to exam content
- Impersonators posing as NTA or government officials
The reporting form is simple, requiring students or parents to describe the suspicious activity, mention when and where it occurred, and optionally upload proof.
The NTA has also warned candidates not to fall for false promises from individuals or websites. Students are advised to stay vigilant and not share any personal information with suspicious sources.
Tied to New Anti-Cheating Law
This initiative aligns with the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, aimed at curbing cheating and protecting genuine aspirants. NEET-UG 2025 is scheduled for May 4, making this a timely step to ensure a fair examination process.
