New Delhi: MedLern has partnered with Mediversal Hospital to implement a digital learning and development platform aimed at streamlining internal training and compliance processes across departments. The collaboration focuses on enhancing clinical capabilities, documentation accuracy, and patient communication while aligning staff training with NABH standards.
The first phase will target core clinical departments including nursing, emergency, and critical care, with subsequent rollout to administrative and allied support teams. The platform will cover key areas such as infection control, medication safety, documentation protocols, handovers, and emergency preparedness, domains critical for audit readiness and consistent care delivery.
MedLern’s mobile-first platform offers real-time access to role-based modules, performance tracking, and audit-ready compliance records. This enables hospitals to maintain regulatory standards while supporting continuous professional development.
Training will extend across departments such as nursing, allied health, radiology, pharmacy, housekeeping, and front-office services. Emphasis will also be placed on improving patient interactions, including informed consent practices, POSH compliance, and communication in adverse events.
Bhanu Pratap, Co-Founder of Mediversal Hospital, highlighted the role of structured, role-based training in maintaining care quality. MedLern CEO Deepak Sharma stated that the platform is designed to address workforce readiness and support quality outcomes in mid-sized hospital settings.
This partnership reflects a growing trend among hospitals outside metropolitan regions to adopt digital learning tools to meet accreditation norms and bridge training gaps in a resource-constrained healthcare environment.
