New Delhi, July 13(APAC Media): Lava has confirmed that the Virat V1 4G and Virat V1 5G smartphones will launch in India on July 21, 2026, with the event scheduled to begin at 12 PM IST. The company has also listed the devices on Flipkart, confirming the e-commerce platform as the online launch partner.
The Flipkart microsite reveals that both variants will be available in Blue and Gold colour options. While the 4G and 5G models share nearly identical designs, the rear camera module differs slightly between the two versions. The phones feature a USB Type-C port, a speaker grille and a 3.5mm headphone jack at the bottom, while the power and volume buttons are placed on the right side.
The upcoming Virat V1 series closely resembles the Lava Smart 4 Plus, which debuted in India in June with a starting price of Rs 9,999. Lava has not yet revealed the specifications or pricing of the Virat V1 lineup, but more details are expected at the official launch event.
With the launch date now confirmed, the Virat V1 series is set to expand Lava’s smartphone portfolio in the affordable segment, where demand for both 4G and entry-level 5G devices continues to remain strong.
