New Delhi, August 5(APAC Media): J.S. Held LLC has appointed Irvinder Singh L. as its Head of Global Capability, marking a new leadership move in the company’s global capability centre (GCC) strategy.
Irvinder joins J.S. Held after working on building the GCC at Alvarez & Marsal. Before that, he served as Senior Director – Global Business Services & Office Head India at Bain & Company, where he led key capability centre operations.
Over the years, Irvinder has held leadership roles across consulting, insurance, financial services, and shared services. His previous positions include Executive Committee Member at the India Insurtech Association, Director – Financial Services Advisory for the Africa, India and Middle East region at EY, and AVP – Head of Sales Strategy & Corporate Strategic Initiatives at Max Bupa.
He has also worked with ZIC Corp, Sopra Steria, and GECIS/GE Capital International Services India in senior leadership roles focused on insurance, reinsurance, outsourcing, and service delivery.
