New Delhi: HDFC Bank recently launched a self-service digital banking platform named ‘XpressWay’ that aims to deliver quick and paperless banking services to its customers. The platform provides services like personal loans, business loans, car loans, home loans, loan on cards, credit card, savings accounts, service journeys etc.
It also includes other digital features like net banking, Permanent Account Number (PAN) updates and changing addresses through Aadhaar.
HDFC customers, through XpressWay, can also manage their nominees, update demographic information, request cheque books, and explore numerous loan options.
Parag Rao, the Country Head of Payments, Liability Products, Consumer Finance & Marketing, HDFC Bank said, “As we launch this platform during the festive season, we aim to enhance the joy of celebrations. With XpressWay, HDFC Bank opens the door to a faster, more convenient, and enjoyable banking experience.”
XpressWay will allow its users to shop with more ease of access to finance. This platform is a part of HDFC Bank’s broader digital ecosystem known as ‘NOW,’ which encompasses the bank’s digital products and services.
An existing HDFC Bank customer, on the platform, can receive a personalized view of all pre-approved banking offers on loans, cards and accounts.
Customers have the agency to apply for personal loans of up to Rs 40 lakh through XpressWay without the requirement of any paperwork. New and existing HDFC Bank customers can both leverage the benefits of XpressWay.
“These products and services are meticulously designed to deliver fast, seamless, paperless, and do-it-yourself customer journey, for both existing and new customers,” the bank said.
