Much before the Covid pandemic, we at Sakra World Hospital had started working on virtual consultations especially for follow-ups of patients. The idea was to sync this with e-commerce and apps that most people have become familiar with. During the Covid period, we had enabled home-collection of RTPCR and even launched the mobile app in the beginning of the lockdown.
We at Sakra World enabled HIS and put the UHID in the patient user control. This ultimately led to provisions for online payments, E-POS, QR-code among others. Much before Covid had stuck, we had begun giving quick lab reports on emails, and worked on E-Portals and other digital enhancements for both the hospital care-providers and patients.
We at Sakra are now trying to put patient and clinical areas on a single platform. With touchless check-in, kiosks, billing, and other digitizations, we are automating the entire patient journey in the hospital. We are minimizing the silos and putting them on a single data lake with API integration.
