Bihar State Government elevates 8 IAS officers to Joint Secretary rank

Patna: The Bihar state government recently announced the promotion of eight IAS officers to the Joint Secretary level. The list of promoted officers is as follows:

• IAS officer Shrestha Anupam has been appointed Sub-Divisional Officer of Motihari Sadar
• IAS officer Abhishek Palasia is the new Sub-Divisional Officer of Bihar Sharif, Nalanda District
• IAS officer Dr Anupama Singh will serve as the Sub-Divisional Officer of Western Champaran (Bagha)
• IAS officer Chandrima Attri has been promoted as the Sub-Divisional Officer of Darbhanga
• IAS officer Kumar Nishant Vivek has been appointed as Sonpur’s Sub-Divisional Officer
• IAS officer Shrikant Kundlik Khandekar will serve as the Sub-Divisional Officer of Patna (Sadar)
• IAS officer Gunjan Singh has been promoted as the Sub-Divisional Officer of Patna City
• IAS officer Pradeep Singh has been posted as Danapur’s Sub-Divisional Officer
