New Delhi: The central government recently approved the extension of the two-year central deputation term for IAS officer Ravindra Pratap Singh, who serves as Joint Secretary in the Pharmaceuticals Department. He is an officer of the of the 2007 batch, from the Odisha cadre.
The Cabinet’s Appointments Committee has given the green light to the proposal put forth by the Department of Pharmaceuticals, allowing Singh to continue his deputation tenure for an additional two years. This extension is effective beyond February 14, 2024, or until further orders, as per an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training on Tuesday.
