Jeeva Balakrishnan Joins Cholamandalam Investment as Chief Human Resources Officer

Noida: Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited (Chola) has appointed Jeeva Balakrishnan as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. In his new role, Balakrishnan will focus on shaping HR strategies to support the company’s growth and transformation.

Previously, Balakrishnan served as the Chief Talent Officer at Reliance Retail, where he worked on building a talent marketplace and promoting a coaching culture. He also led HR for Reliance Market’s Cash and Carry Grocery business.

With over 20 years of experience in HR roles at companies like Reliance Digital and Raymond Limited, Balakrishnan has expertise in talent management, organizational restructuring, and business growth support. At Chola, he will work on aligning HR efforts with the company’s broader goals, aiming to drive sustainable growth and improve employee experience.
