New Delhi: In a notable step towards leveraging untapped talent, the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has recruited 451 Insurance Medical Officers through the Union Public Service Commission’s (UPSC) Pratibha Setu portal.Â
Recruitment from Disclosure Lists
The newly recruited officers were selected from the disclosure lists of the Combined Medical Services Examinations (CMSE) 2022 and 2023. These lists include the details of candidates who cleared all stages of the UPSC exam process but did not make it to the final merit list.
These non-recommended yet qualified individuals had voluntarily opted to share their profiles with potential employers under the Pratibha Setu initiative.
Disclosure lists on Pratibha Setu include short biodata, percentile scores, academic qualifications, and other relevant details. Registered employers can access these profiles to hire qualified candidates who otherwise missed final UPSC appointments.
With the successful recruitment by ESIC and growing interest from various organisations, the portal is emerging as a valuable resource to connect skilled candidates with employment opportunities, ensuring that talent does not go unnoticed.
