Bengaluru: MedLern, a digital learning solution provider for hospitals and healthcare professionals, has announced a strategic collaboration with Aster CMI Hospital, Bengaluru. Through this collaboration, the firm aims to provide hospital staff with access to the American Heart Association’s Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) Program, which will improve their ability to save lives and provide patient care.
The collaboration will provide Aster CMI Hospital’s medical staff with:
- Certificates in Paediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through the RQI Program
Obtaining these qualifications is essential to enhancing hospital staff members’ performance and preparedness for emergencies and critical care. The AHA-certified program will also help Healthcare practitioners with flexible, individualized, and self-paced CPR instruction. The American Heart Association (AHA) and Laerdal Medical collaborated to develop the HeartCode Complete training program, which combines cognitive eLearning with hands-on psychomotor skills training in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. The HeartCode Complete training program gives healthcare personnel thorough cognitive and practical instruction in BLS, ACLS, and PALS, enabling them to respond to emergencies with effectiveness.
