Mumbai: Yotta Data Services has launched the Rudra program to accelerate AI innovation by offering startups and enterprises access to NVIDIA’s advanced computing technology via Yotta’s Shakti Cloud platform. The program extends cloud credits of up to $50,000 to members of NVIDIA Inception and NVIDIA Connect, enabling them to access NVIDIA Hopper Graphics Processing Units (GPUs) and the NVIDIA AI Enterprise platform for developing high-performance AI solutions.
Sunil Gupta, Co-founder and CEO of Yotta, emphasized the program’s mission to eliminate financial barriers and promote a robust AI ecosystem. He stated that the company’s collaboration with NVIDIA will equip startups and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) with the technology, guidance, and infrastructure required to implement their AI innovation ideas. Furthermore, he remarked that the Rudra program reflects Yotta’s commitment to nurturing India’s AI landscape and empowering innovators to address challenges both locally and globally. The initiative will also offer training, technical expertise, and exclusive discounts to program participants for their extended AI needs.
With over 80% of Yotta’s GPU resources allocated to Indian customers, the program is expected to enhance domestic AI innovation while meeting international demand. The Shakti Cloud platform will provide a wide range of services, including managed GPU nodes, Kubernetes clusters, and serverless AI inferencing. By supporting projects such as large language models and speech recognition, Yotta’s Rudra program seeks to position India as a leader in the global AI landscape.
