Alok Shekhar, a 1994-batch IAS officer, has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary (ACS)-cum-Financial Commissioner, Cooperation. He has also been given an additional charge as ACS, Home Affairs, replacing Gurkirat Kirpal Singh.
Jaspreet Talwar Gets Multiple Responsibilities
Jaspreet Talwar, a 1995-batch IAS officer, has been appointed as Additional Chief Secretary, Planning. She has also taken on additional roles as Additional Chief Secretary, Mines & Geology, relieving Gurkirat Kirpal Singh.
Ajit Balaji Joshi Moves to Rural Development and Taxation
Ajit Balaji Joshi, a 2003-batch IAS officer, has been appointed as Administrative Secretary, Rural Development & Panchayats. He will also oversee taxation as the Administrative Secretary, Taxation, a role previously handled by Jaspreet Talwar.

Dilraj Singh, a 2005-batch IAS officer, has been appointed as Administrative Secretary, Parliamentary Affairs. He will also take on additional responsibilities as Secretary, Health & Family Welfare, Commissioner, Food & Drug Administration, and Commissioner, Gurudwara Elections, Punjab, previously handled by Gurkirat Kirpal Singh.
