Mumbai: Tata Projects has appointed Deepak Natarajan as its new chief financial officer (CFO), effective immediately. He will be in charge of managing the integrated finance function, which includes investor relations and communications, internal audit, risk management, legal, secretarial, and compliance, strategy, and M&A.
With 24 years of experience in supply chain finance, corporate finance, business finance, treasury, and controllership, Natarajan’s appointment aligns with Tata Projects’ plan to accelerate long-term, sustainable growth.
He is a commerce graduate of Madras University and a Chartered Accountant. He was the CFO for the India region at Baker Hughes before joining Tata Projects, where he was responsible for the entire financial function. His extensive industry experience encompasses substantial tenures at organisations such as Cisco Systems and General Electric.
