Infosys has appointed Indu Kapoor as its new head-human resources. In this role, Kapoor will head the company’s consulting business and will be based in Bengaluru.
She took to LinkedIn to confirm of her new move, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Head of Human Resources – Consulting Business at Infosys”
Prior to being associated with Infosys Consulting, she was heading as the Vice President – Head of Business HR at ITC Infotech.
kapoor is knwon to be a dynamic HR Leaders with enriching experience in the area of people development strategies with companies like ITC Infotech, EXL Services, Alcatel-Lucent (Nokia). Currently heading HR for Consulting Business consulting at Infosys.
Her specialties include organisational Talent Strategy, Culture and Change Management, Leadership Development, Capability Development, Merger & Aquisition, Integration.
