Amber Prakash has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources at Bharti AXA Life, with effect from June 2025. Prakash is a longtime employee who has worked for Bharti AXA Life for more than 16 years, holding important positions in a variety of HR-related tasks.
Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Prakash wrote: “Excited to inform my promotion to Vice President – HR and joining the Senior Management Team (SMT) at Bharti AXA Life! Looking forward to fostering continued organizational success in this expanded leadership role.”
Having worked in the HR field for more than 20 years, Prakash has developed extensive knowledge in a variety of areas, including HR business partnering, organization design, budgeting and manpower planning, employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, pay and benefits, HR operations, and shared services. His exposure to a variety of industries includes manufacturing, financial services, and life insurance.
Prior to joining Bharti AXA Life in 2008, Prakash was Manager-HR (North) at Tata Business Support Services, where he was in charge of implementing and spearheading important OD interventions in the area.
Prakash’s academic background for a successful HR career is strengthened by his Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
