Gurugram: Smartworks has appointed Kalpana Devnani as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Devnani has over 13 years of HR leadership experience across various industries including FMCG, cosmetics, QSR, and banking.
Before joining Smartworks, she was working as the HR Head for Emerging Brands & International Markets at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. Devnani has also held key roles at ICICI Bank, Godrej Consumer Products Limited, and Samara Capital.
A managed workspace platform, Smartworks is functioning across 13 Indian cities, including Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Jaipur, Indore, Ahmedabad, and Kochi. It has more than 39 centres, serving over 550 organisations, including large enterprises, unicorns, and soonicorns.
