Bengaluru: Infinx Healthcare has opened a new Research and Development (R&D) Center in Bengaluru, enhancing its AI-driven healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) capabilities. The 12,000-square-foot facility will focus on product development, engineering, data science, and machine learning.
The center aims to improve predictive analytics, claim processing, and decision-making, while managing cloud operations and computing. This initiative is part of Infinx’s strategy to leverage India’s tech talent for healthcare RCM innovations.
The Bengaluru center will support 172,000 healthcare professionals across 4,000 facilities, including ambulatory, acute care, and post-acute care providers. Infinx’s R&D efforts include developing a scalable, secure cloud-based RCM platform to integrate with various healthcare systems, providing real-time insights, streamlined workflows, and robust data management.
