New Delhi: IAS Nikunj Kumar Srivastava, a senior bureaucrat, has been appointed as senior adviser to the executive director (ED) of the World Bank in the United States. The announcement comes as a part of crucial international postings authorized by the Center. Srivastava is a Madhya Pradesh cadre IAS officer from the 1998 batch.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has accepted Srivastava’s appointment as senior adviser to the ED, World Bank, Washington DC, for a three-year term, according to an order issued by the Personnel Ministry. He was appointed in place of Rajeev Topno, an IAS officer from Gujarat cadre.
Other notable appointments include Ashutosh Jindal, Anshika Arora, Hrisheekesh Arvind Modak, and Ashutosh Salil in various international roles.
