Gurugram: Nestle India’s Swiss parent has nominated Manish Tiwari for the post of Managing Director (MD) to lead its India operations. He will replace Suresh Narayanan who is set to retire from the post.
Prior to this, Tiwari was the Country Manager of Amazon India for four years where he contributed significantly to Amazon’s explosive growth phase during which the company became a major player in the e-commerce industry. He has also served as the Vice President of Amazon India for more than four years. Before his eight-year stint with Amazon, Tiwary also worked with Unilever’s Indian and Middle Eastern subsidiaries.
In his new role at Nestle India, Tiwari is expected to drive the company’s future growth, particularly in areas like e-commerce, sustainability, and digital transformation.
