New Delhi: Shuchi Choubey has been named the new Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) of Realistic Realtors, a real estate advising agency.
Choubey joins the position with more than 20 years of HR leadership experience in a variety of sectors. As CHRO, she will be responsible for driving the company’s talent strategy as it scales operations in India’s dynamic property market.
She brings to Realistic Realtors a track record of fostering people-first cultures and providing strategic HR excellence in areas like employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, salary & benefits, business partnerships, and HR operations. Her main focus will be on coordinating human resources with business goals and cultivating an innovative, inclusive, and performance-based work environment.

Choubey spent more than seven years with ANANROCK Property before joining Realistic Realtors. She has also held positions at Barclays, Marriott International, and Reliance Communications.
