New Delhi: In a significant move to facilitate online learning for all its employees, the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has announced the launch of an iGOT Lab. As part of the initiative, the Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting and Parliamentary Affairs, Dr. L. Murugan, has directed that all the employees of the ministry should be onboarded onto the iGOT portal by October 19.
The specific details of the initiative are as follows:
Workshop to be organized to communicate the Ministry’s learning plan and departmental strategies across all media units.
Lab to offer 16 courses recommended by the Ministry, including Budget Management, Gender Sensitization, Leadership, and Team Building, to enhance the professional skills of the workforce.
Employees who complete the highest number of courses each quarter to be feliciated in order to encourage participation.
